By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Caitty ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

2. Our Applications

Caitty develops and publishes the following applications:

• Rate Life: A daily happiness tracking app
• PhotoCalendar: A photo library calendar viewer
• HappyLearnNumber: An educational app for children to learn numbers

3. User Eligibility

Our Apps are designed for various audiences:

• Most Apps are suitable for general audiences
• Some Apps (like HappyLearnNumber) are designed for children. Parents/guardians consent to their child's use and are responsible for supervision
• Any purchases must be authorized by an adult

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some Apps offer optional premium content through subscriptions or one-time purchases:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

5. Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, animations, and user interfaces
• Sound effects and music
• App designs and mechanics
• Text and educational content

is owned by Caitty and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Apps only for their intended purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps' systems
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or sell access to the Apps

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any specific outcomes from using our Apps.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caitty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.
